How long will my project take to be completed?
Turnaround time depends on the size of the project. Our team will review the scope of work and provide you with an estimate before starting. Large projects may be delivered in phases according to your priorities and the capabilities of the team.
How many revisions are included with my project?
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with our work and will send you an outline to review prior to production beginning. Once we deliver the product we provide 1 round of revisions free of charge. Additional revisions may be charged at the agency's hourly rate.
What happens if I'm still not happy with the work?
We guarantee our work and review these rare occurrences on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, we may issue a refund or provide additional revisions free of charge. Any work that was not paid for cannot be used and doing so may cause a copyright infringement complaint.
Will you provide the source files once done?
We only offer full service creative. As such, we don't provide source files with any of our projects. This includes raw video footage and design files unless otherwise specified in the scope of work. In cases where revisions are needed, we'll work with you to edit deliverables as needed.
Can you help upload the content to my account?
Uploading is not included in our pricing. However, we can assist you with submitting your content for an additional fee. Please reach out to us via email at ed@ezcreativeagency.com for more details.
